June 27, 2026 - Navajo Lake
Water Temp: 68-74°F
Conditions: Sunny with light breeze in AM, windy with possibility of monsoon in PM
Species caught: Smallmouth Bass, Bluegill, Pike
A few good sized bass remain up shallow, even in the middle of the day. They show themselves when reeling in a bluegill. They can often be caught with a quick follow up bait. A few fish have come up for topwaters.
The majority of bass are hanging out deep on ledges or on rocky humps. Limits of bluegill are on every part of the lake. The trick is finding a group of larger individuals.
