Water Temp: 66-72°F
Conditions: Sunny with light breeze in AM, windy with possibility of monsoon in PM
Species caught: Smallmouth Bass, Bluegill, Pike
Bluegill have arrived on their beds, with megaschools waiting just offshore. There are big bass waiting in the shadows to crash their spawn party. We are catching lots of smaller bass both deep and shallow. Many smaller pike being caught daily. Larger pike hanging in deep trees.
Visited Scotts Pond last week and caught 4 largemouth on a jig. Couldn't get them to bite moving baits or topwater.
